Fue golpeado con mis 16 años. viejo artista Ella ama absolutamente. Lo emparejé con Noodlers brillando en la tinta oscura. Ella tiene un nuevo material para trabajar en su arte. Vale la pena el dinero.
The reviews seemed a bit split on this item but a friend had one and I liked the way it looked. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Takes some practice but it’s a great change for journaling or lettering. Nice, heavy weight so it sits well in the hand. I like it very much!
Great size and works as it should, but the grip is a rounded-square shape that just fits my hand oddly. I bought it primarily to test fountain pen ink samples, and I'll still use it for that, but would never use for long writing sessions.
I bought this to handle sample writings for my various inks. It does a great job and seems to be sturdy. It looks good too, which I really didn't need it to do.
To switch fountain pen inks, I just dip it in water and wipe it off. India ink took a bit more cleaning.
Absolutely lovely. Admittedly the tip was much finer than I expected (like a Japanese EF nib) but the quality is excellent, the ribbons on the tip allow you to write three to four of writing easily without needing to dip again. I loooooove that I can easily and quickly swap to another ink color with one quick dip on a cup of cool water and a pat with a soft towel. So much more than emptying a fountain, cleaning and drying just to change colors.
With the first cautious dip, I was able to write about 23 words before the ink started to lighten up for the next dip. The fine nib held the ink well. No ink blobs or smears. No ink on my hand. No mess. I realized that I could dip the pen deeper into the ink bottle for a better performance, which I did. In that second effort, I came closer to the advertised "about 50 words before dip" with 43. I hadn't ever used a glass pen before, so there was some experimenting for me with dip, grip, and angles. Once I found my "sweet spot" with the pen, I enjoyed the smooth writing experience.
This is my first glass pen and I was quite impressed. It writes well, clearly and for many sentences without needing to be re-dipped. No blotching at all. The pen is flat on one side where your hand grasps it which maybe makes it easier to hold I suppose??? I gave it four stars only because I expected much more glitters on the pen. But nonetheless, all in all it's very elegant.
Love this, it’s such a fun thing, and it works well! I use it for drawing with India ink, and I especially like that it’s so easy to clean.
I got this pen as a gift for my sister who is an art major and loves to draw super detailed trees and other fun stuff. She absolutely loves this pen! It's fun to hold, has a smooth write, and the ink is so pretty and shimmery. Absolutely love it. Only downside: it took 100 years to be delivered.
