Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Engraved Stories, so we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition and tag on as long as you contact us within 30 days since the delivery date.

Cancellation & Changes

We start processing personalized and engraved items in 30 minutes since the order is placed. So if you want to cancel your order, make sure you submit your cancel request within 30 minutes.

  • Due to the fact that each personalized item is uniquely made per our customers's request and to the fact that we start production straight away,  a 30% restocking fee may be charged on the late cancellation of personalized orders.
  • We process refund through the original payment method the order is placed. It may take up to 7 business days  from the day your refund was approved.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team.
  • To receive a refund for an item you have already received, you will need to return the item and any free gifts you received with it before your refund is  processed.
Damaged Item

If your item has arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately.

  • You will need to send a clear image of the damaged item so we can verify the package condition when arriving. 
  • Once a customer support representative has approved the claim, we will confirm with you and start processing your replacement order.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
  • Items without tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
